Account Registration

To access the NWCSMS portal, you need to create an account. Follow these steps to register:

Visit Registration Page

Click on the "Login" button and select "Register" or visit the registration page directly.

Choose your user type: Employer, Inspector, or other authorized role.

Fill Registration Form

Complete the registration form with your personal and organizational details.

Submit your registration and wait for DFI approval. You will receive a notification once approved.

Filing Complaints

Workers and concerned citizens can file complaints about workplace safety violations. The complaint filing process is confidential and can be done anonymously.

How to File a Complaint

  1. Visit the "File Complaint" page from the homepage
  2. Fill in your contact information (optional for anonymous filing)
  3. Provide workplace details (name, address)
  4. Select complaint type (unsafe conditions, lack of equipment, harassment, etc.)
  5. Provide detailed description of the violation
  6. Upload any supporting evidence (photos, documents)
  7. Submit complaint and receive reference number
